- Depending on the indoor or outdoor circumstances, it takes about 20 minutes in average to reach the correct set standard temperature of 80ᵒ and 4ᵒ degrees Celsius. This means you do not have to turn on the Temptainer unit the first thing in the morning when you arrive to work. By preparing the units on demand, you save a lot of energy costs and time.
- You can store the food for quite a long time unless you’re not opening the doors. But accordingly, to the HACCP regulations no more than 2 hours before being served. So that should be your max time limit to serve the food.
- Storage of hot food ready to be served should not be below +60 ᵒC.

- Yes, all Temptainer models are compatible with GN sizes 1/1, 1/2, 1/3 and 1/4 etc.
- Yes, by using a water hose without any pressure on the inside. Detergent, ask your local supplier. On the outside the same, please read your Temptainer manual. You can download the latest version below.
- What we need is the model name, part number, serial number and year of manufacture. This information can be found on the nameplate located on the back of the box.
